First ever Athlone Towncentre Ladies Day at Kilbeggan Races a huge success.

The sun may not have shone through but the style certainly did at the first ever Athlone Towncentre Ladies Day at Kilbeggan Race Course on Friday 18th July. Amongst the thousands in the crowd were some of the Midlands most elegant ladies, dressed to impress and looking stunning, the celebrity judges Karen Koster & Bairbre Power had no easy task in selecting the fifteen finalists to compete for the crown of Best Dressed Lady.
The fifteen most stylish ladies were introduced to the large crowd who eagerly gathered at the parade ring by Today FM’s Paul Collins. Margaret Connolly who had just completed her Leaving Certificate this Summer was officially announced as Best Dressed. Margaret was the lucky winner of a €5000 shopping break from Athlone Towncentre. Staying for 2 nights in the stunning Presidential Suite of the Sheraton Athlone, Margaret will be wined, dined and pampered in the Sheraton before hitting the shops with €3000 to spend in any of the 70 retail outlets in Athlone Towncentre.
